About the Company and Project

Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Your primary goal is to ensure project success by delivering safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of project planning, commercial management, and construction execution.
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent client engagement and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong health, safety, and quality management awareness.
  • Consistent history of delivering projects safely, on time, and within financial parameters.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation with bodies such as Engineers Ireland, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent is desired.
