Overview

PepsiCo is embarking on a significant transformation within its Workforce Management (WFM) division. This initiative aims to improve employee experience globally by establishing a new technology platform and enhancing WFM capabilities alongside evolving operational methodologies. The UKG Configuration Analyst will collaborate closely with the WFM Delivery Manager, IT Design and Governance teams, and business Design units to develop functional solutions around UKG Pro (Dimensions). These solutions must comply with PepsiCo's global HR systems standards and support multiple business sectors across various locations worldwide. The role also entails documenting planned technology releases in coordination with IT leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop inbound and outbound system interfaces such as Person Import, Employee Master Data, Payroll Exports, Scheduling Interfaces, Attendance and Timekeeping integrations, and Accrual interfaces.
  • Configure data mappings, transformation processes, and business logic utilizing BOOMI AtomSphere.
  • Design, configure, and support UKG WFM components including Pay Rules, Accruals, Function Access Profiles, Web/Mobile functionalities, Data Views, Attestation processes, Reporting, and Device administration.
  • Collaborate closely with Configuration Manager, System Integration Partners, and both internal and external stakeholders for requirements gathering and the design of complex WFM solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the WFM platform, with expertise in advanced scheduling, pay rules, accrual administration, access permissions, mobile features, attestation, reporting, and device maintenance.
  • Conduct impact analyses for new system requests, support unit and system integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Resolve complex data-related issues effectively.
  • Participate in build reviews, deployment processes, and knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders and PepsiCo IT support teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 9 to 11 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on designing, developing, and supporting BOOMI integrations.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on administration and application experience within Workforce Management systems.
  • 5+ years working with cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting devices such as InTouch and 9100, including configuration, firmware upgrades, recalibration, and initialization.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve system and data issues; proficient in communication tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under guidance and contribute effectively within a team.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with various business units and IT teams; capacity to understand end-user requirements and implement solutions aligned with PepsiCo policies.
