Role Overview

This position involves leading the SAP OneSource project implementations, making sure each initiative is delivered on schedule and within allocated budgets. The role requires effective collaboration with multiple departments to understand business needs and devise suitable SAP OneSource solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end execution of SAP OneSource projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Work jointly with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and shape solutions tailored to client demands.
• Offer in-depth technical knowledge to configure and customize SAP OneSource components, including Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), and Online Analytical Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Foster robust client relationships by communicating clearly, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems effectively.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies, internal procedures, and relevant industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
