About the Role

Zapdigi Media is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive for their BPO voice process team based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will be tasked with initiating outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients promoting products and services.
  • Assess and address customer requirements by offering tailored solutions.
