About the Role
Maansarovar Automobile Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate and customer-centric Sales Consultants to join their passenger car sales division in Chennai. This full-time position targets individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience in automobile or sales roles, including fresh graduates enthusiastic about sales. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide showroom visitors effectively.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate vehicle models.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and facilitate vehicle demonstrations.
- Organize test drives for potential buyers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into finalized sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals.
- Communicate detailed vehicle information including features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Collaborate with Finance, Insurance, and Accessories teams to finalize sales transactions.
- Develop enduring customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
- Keep precise customer records and update CRM databases.
- Participate actively in promotions, roadshows, and marketing events.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Experience ranging from no prior experience up to 6 years in automobile sales or relevant customer-facing/sales roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales enthusiasm are welcome.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required by the dealership.
