We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team in a dynamic and lively setting. You will be responsible for maintaining guestrooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards as well as responding swiftly to guest needs and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms, including bed making, dusting, closet and furniture cleaning, restocking bathroom supplies and amenities, vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Ensure rooms are properly secured and latched upon completion for guest safety.
• Meet company cleanliness and readiness timelines consistently.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance, including wearing the correct uniform and nametag.
• Promote a positive work atmosphere by calmly handling and resolving any conflicts.
• Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision while being able to collaborate with the team.
• Adhere to the scheduling requirements which vary based on property needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written, verbal, or scheduled instructions.
• a strong commitment to excellent guest service and positive guest interactions.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
