Role Details

• Start and finish your workday at home, paid from the moment you enter your van until you return.
• Operate independently across multiple locations in all weather conditions, while being part of a supportive team.
• Apply your mechanical expertise and communicate effectively to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of roadside issues confidently and calmly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification with suitable experience.
• Possession of a full category B driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Willingness and ability to adapt to new technology provided by the employer.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as roadside breakdowns happen unpredictably.
