Role Overview

We are seeking three dedicated Registered Nurses to work full-time (32 hours per week) on permanent contracts, covering AM, PM, night, and weekend shifts. This opportunity allows you to have a meaningful impact on residents’ lives by ensuring exceptional care in a warm atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of committed Caregivers to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Create and continuously monitor individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of residents.
• Build strong, enduring relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners.
• Provide support to Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or internationally.
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) to practice nursing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• A sincere passion for caregiving combined with a positive, friendly demeanor.
