Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment assignments, including briefing, sourcing, screening, candidate interviews, offer negotiations, and placements for mid-level to senior leadership roles.
- Actively source passive candidates through comprehensive market mapping, direct search, referrals, and professional networking across Southeast Asia.
- Develop detailed candidate evaluations and deliver well-substantiated shortlists with tailored hiring recommendations.
- Foster long-term client partnerships by gaining deep understanding of their business models, organizational structure, and expansion strategies.
- Advise clients regarding regional talent markets, salary benchmarking, recruitment best practices, and labor law considerations relevant to Southeast Asian jurisdictions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and expand existing client accounts with new mandates.
- Prepare talent mapping, market intelligence, and salary benchmarking reports to inform client decision-making.
- Continuously monitor talent acquisition trends within assigned industries and geographic areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, HR consulting, or HR business partnering with documented success managing end-to-end hiring for professional and managerial roles.
- Comprehensive familiarity with the talent landscape and a general understanding of labor laws and hiring protocols in one or more Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, or Malaysia.
- Practical recruitment experience in at least one or two of the following sectors: Web3, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, robotics, aviation, or advanced air mobility.
- Fluent English language skills at a professional level alongside proficiency in a regional language such as Mandarin Chinese, Malay, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, consultative approach to client engagement, excellent communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Adept at managing multiple search assignments within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
