Role Summary

This position requires a motivated and well-connected Recruiter to lead recruiting initiatives in South Africa. The successful candidate will expand the recruiter community and develop relationships with premier employers. This role is client-facing and involves identifying talent, cultivating hiring manager relationships, and enhancing the recruiter network in South Africa's active hiring markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard elite recruiters and hiring managers from across South Africa onto the Workistry platform.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies to build talent alliances.
• Create and implement growth strategies tailored to expanding Workistry's recruiter network in South Africa.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and placement in collaboration with partner employers.
• Act as the Workistry representative at recruitment events, industry gatherings, and conferences within South Africa.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of three years of recruitment experience within South Africa, either agency or in-house.
• Existing robust network of HR professionals, recruiters, or hiring managers in the South African market.
• Demonstrated success in making placements across various industries.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, proficient in English.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other networking applications.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is between USD 60,000 and USD 95,000.
