Overview

Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a Recruiter to manage all phases of full-cycle recruitment for non-academic positions. The role focuses on identifying the most qualified, interested, and cost-effective candidates while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and cultivating candidate pools for present and future job openings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective and budget-conscious recruitment strategies to source and hire employees across various non-academic levels, including making salary recommendations based on experience and internal equity.
