Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Senior Valuer to lead critical valuation projects and contribute significantly to our business growth. This senior-level position requires a technically proficient professional who takes full responsibility for assignments and consistently produces high-quality outputs. The role involves conducting valuations across diverse asset types, spearheading financial modeling and market research, organizing site visits, and ensuring all reports comply with regulatory and professional benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee valuation projects from inception through completion, guaranteeing precision, quality, and punctual delivery
• Manage timelines effectively for multiple concurrent assignments
• Prepare, assess, and follow up on client quotations
• Draft and review valuation reports in both English and Arabic
• Guide and evaluate the performance of junior analysts
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to secure and maintain business
• Contribute to business development efforts to enhance revenue and market share

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of or nearing Taqeem certification with over 2,000 accredited valuation hours
• Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in real estate valuation
• Saudi nationality
• Fluency in English and Arabic, including proficient report writing and reviewing skills in both languages
• Expertise in all valuation methodologies: Cost, Market, and Income approaches
• Advanced Excel skills, especially in financial modeling
• Proven record of handling multiple, deadline-driven projects
• Strong client engagement, negotiation capabilities, and business development aptitude

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Background in feasibility studies and highest and best use analysis
• MRICS professional accreditation
• Familiarity with AI tools to augment modeling and analytical processes
