About the Role
شركة بداية الطريق العقارية seeks to hire an experienced real estate marketer to join their team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position involves attracting new clients from outside the company and promoting real estate projects to meet assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new clientele beyond the company’s existing network.
- Market real estate developments actively and achieve set sales goals.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients through to the closure of transactions.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals only.
- A minimum of three years of proven experience in real estate brokerage is essential.
- Demonstrable record of successfully bringing in clients and closing deals.
- Preferably possessing an active client base.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure to reach targets.
