About the Role

For a manufacturing client based in Steinhude, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations. The role offers a strong HR-focused environment with access to broad support throughout the hiring process and regular updates along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Run complete payroll processing, including year-end closing tasks and occupational pension administration for approximately 160 employees.
  • Act as the go-to contact, both internally and externally, for payroll-related, wage tax, and social insurance matters.

  • Maintain master data and transactional employee data in payroll and time-management systems.
