About the Role
The Partnerships/Account Executive will collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to scale operations. This role leads the Partnerships Go-to-Market (GTM) team, emphasizing attracting new groups and supporting their growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with large enterprise clients, often founders of rapidly expanding startups.
- Guide clients through successful launches and scaling processes.
- Negotiate partnership agreement terms including scope, pricing, and schedules.
- Efficiently close deals by addressing objections and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement and support.
- Drive outcomes with determination, empathy, and quick execution.
- Lead priority cross-functional projects at the leadership level.
- Create and improve systems to enhance GTM productivity, aiming for exponential growth.
