Key responsibilities

  • Enter and process supplier purchase invoices.
  • Set up and manage supplier payment runs.
  • Respond to internal and external finance-related queries.
  • Review and investigate aged outstanding items.
  • Match supplier statements with ledger balances and resolve differences.
  • Keep invoice and transaction records accurate and up to date.
  • Check and resolve invoices that contain errors or discrepancies.
  • Compile the monthly aged creditors report.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Manage intercompany invoices and reconciliations.

  • Prepare accruals and prepayments.

Requirements
