About the Role
The MIS Executive will manage the collection, maintenance, analysis, and presentation of business data, delivering precise reports and dashboards to support management decisions. This role is key to providing timely insights, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Gather, verify, and maintain data from multiple departments.
- Create reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Analyze business data to spot trends, inconsistencies, and growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and presentations for senior management review.
- Maintain data accuracy, uniformity, and confidentiality standards.
- Keep databases updated regularly and coordinate data collection across teams.
- Automate routine reporting processes wherever feasible.
- Provide management support through ad hoc reports and data evaluations.
