In this position, you will lead marketing activity for the minimally invasive surgical portfolio in Germany. The scope covers staplers, energy devices, sutures, and laparoscopic solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Own the marketing direction and execution for staplers, energy devices, sutures, laparoscopic systems, and related products.
  • Shape product positioning, build competitive advantage, and support market expansion efforts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to increase product uptake, usage rates, and procedure volume.
  • Plan and deliver product launches, training programs, and key account marketing initiatives.
  • Track market movements and spot opportunities that can drive portfolio growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across specialist surgical areas.
  • Develop a dependable KOL network to support long-term adoption.
