About The Role
The Well Team seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead its mission-driven organization in Sydney, Australia. This executive leadership position demands a strategic visionary capable of guiding all operational facets while embodying the company's WorkWell™ Model. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Managing Director will oversee five critical departments: National Care, Workforce Deployment & HR, Operations, CFO/Governance/Finance & Compliance, and Marketing. The role emphasizes harmonizing departmental functions to advance exceptional NDIS support services and foster sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to craft and implement strategies aligned with the WorkWell™ Model and organizational mission.
- Lead and mentor heads of departments, creating a unified leadership team that champions excellence.
- Maintain strategic coherence across departments with defined objectives, metrics, and accountability systems.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market changes to ensure long-term organizational success.
- Steer continuous improvement and evolution of the WorkWell™ Model through outcomes evaluation and industry best practices.
- Guarantee the application of the WorkWell™ principles across all departmental operations.
- Utilize the WorkWell™ Model to guide decisions on resource allocation and growth initiatives.
- Exemplify and promote the organization's values, fostering a culture aligned with its unique service philosophy.
