About the Role
Workforce Brokers LLC is a rapidly expanding staffing agency with over 25 years of experience addressing workforce demands across diverse sectors including large-scale events, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and construction throughout multiple states.
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Operations to lead the day-to-day activities for designated clients and projects. This position demands proactive engagement beyond administrative oversight; it requires hands-on management through direct communication with recruiters, visits to client sites, addressing operational challenges, fostering strong client partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of every staffing assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational processes for assigned customers and projects to guarantee all staffing needs are met promptly with qualified personnel.
- Manage and support recruiters continuously by coaching, providing assistance, problem-solving, and ensuring accountability for achieving results.
- Regularly travel to client sites and job locations to reinforce operational support and cultivate customer relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational matters with clients, delivering outstanding service, timely responses, and diligent follow-through.
- Proactively identify potential staffing shortfalls, scheduling conflicts, attendance challenges, and other risks before they impact client operations.
- Track and analyze critical operational metrics such as fill rates, response times, attendance, client satisfaction, and quality of service.
- Ensure recruiters comply fully and promptly with procedures in the proprietary EDGE platform.
- Maintain precise operational documentation, reporting, and workflow management within the EDGE system.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in the staffing industry, especially in high-volume operational settings.
- Ability to manage multiple complex components simultaneously while maintaining strong organization.
- Proficiency and adaptability with staffing technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling software, CRMs, Microsoft Office, and related platforms.
- Effective communicator with clients, recruiters, and leadership alike.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative to address concerns promptly without waiting for direction.
- Competence in prioritizing tasks under pressure, maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between customer sites and company offices.
Work Schedule
Our operations run 24/7 and so must you. Flexibility is essential, including availability for evening, weekend, and occasional after-hours work to uphold exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
The role provides a competitive base salary of $80,000 annually plus performance-based weekly commissions that reward operational success and territory growth. High achievers can earn significant six-figure incomes. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
