About the Company

Role Overview

This position sits within the Founder's Office and focuses on high-impact work across strategy, research, branding, and execution. You will partner closely with the founders to spot global products and brands with India potential, shape new business ideas, and help bring them to market.

Product & Brand Research

  • Track global trends, products, and brands that could succeed in the Indian market.
  • Carry out market studies, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and commercial viability assessments.
  • Turn research findings into business cases and strategic recommendations for the founders.

Marketing Communication

  • Create brand positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build executive-level presentations, pitch decks, and strategic communication for leadership, investors, and external partners.

New Brand Onboarding

  • Own the full onboarding and launch process for new brands.
  • Work in sync with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Track launch schedules and build productive relationships with global brand partners.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assess new business opportunities and partnership options.
  • Support presentations for the board and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and new business initiatives alongside the founders.
