The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is focused on keeping the property, equipment, and building systems in good working order.

Experience and technical knowledge
The ideal candidate will bring either a relevant qualification or strong practical experience in plumbing, along with a broad understanding of maintenance work. This includes familiarity with electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, boiler repair, generators, painting, and other general building maintenance activities.
