We specialize in using design and optimization to help clients maximize the revenue derived from their website visitors.
Role Overview
We are searching for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to aid in attracting, sourcing, and hiring outstanding talent for our team. This position is fully remote within the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through diverse platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Assist in crafting and posting job adverts.
- Manage and analyze candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to comprehend staffing demands and job criteria.
- Scout for talent on platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
Skills and Qualifications
- A genuine eagerness to learn about candidates and facilitate their progression through the recruitment pipeline.
- Professional representation of Spiralyze to potential hires, inspiring enthusiasm for career opportunities.
- Ability to quickly grasp Spiralyze's business and job functions to effectively communicate to candidates.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing resumes and engaging with candidates.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple candidates across various roles including their status, documents, interview feedback, and assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English language.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is essential.
- Advantageous: prior experience recruiting or working with UI/UX designers and understanding design roles and portfolios.
- Suitable for entry-level candidates with 0-3 years of experience, recent graduates, or early-career professionals demonstrating interest in human resources.
