Job Overview
The role involves handling customer service and renewals for an international clientele. Candidates with at least one year of recent experience in international customer service will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass.
- Age range between 21 and 37 years.
Communication Skills
- Proficient command of English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Marathi is favored.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 (in-hand).
- A night shift allowance of ₹100 per shift.
Working Hours and Schedule
- Night shift hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Workweek consists of 5 working days with 2 rotational offs from Monday to Friday.
