Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain lasting relationships with current customers to ensure their satisfaction remains high.
• Drive customer retention and renew memberships by identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Engage proactively with customers via calls and regular follow-ups to improve their overall experience.
• Promptly address any queries or issues customers have while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Meet monthly goals related to customer retention and renewals.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer information through CRM systems for all interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless support and resolve any problems quickly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in areas like customer retention, renewal processes, relationship management, or customer success.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with clients.
• Proficiency in English, Tamil, and either Telugu or Malayalam is mandatory.
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasion, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under targets and effectively manage customer relationships.
• Basic familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing to work from the office located in T. Nagar, Chennai.
• Comfortable with day shift working hours and having two rotational weekly offs.
