About the Role
ICICI Lombard General Insurance is recruiting Customer Relationship Executives for their telesales team based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role demands proactive engagement with customers via outbound calls to drive insurance sales and maintain accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communications to existing customers to promote insurance products
- Conduct sales activities focused on insurance policies via voice interactions
- Maintain clear and precise updates of customer details and policy renewal statuses
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to engage customers effectively
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: completion of 12th grade or graduation
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication
- Experience range from freshers up to 2 years
- Prior insurance or sales experience is considered an advantage
- A demonstrated sales-oriented mindset and strategic approach
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 16,000 to INR 18,000.
