Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Telesales Executive to join our team in Mumbai (Thane/JuiNagar). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and promoting banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Address customer inquiries and deliver precise information about various bank offerings.
- Actively promote and sell the bank's services to increase customer base.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Applicants must have completed graduation (any discipline).
- Age should be between 18 and 32 years.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range from 18,000 to 26,000 INR, with performance-based incentives.
- Pick-up and drop service available exclusively for the Thane branch employees.
- Bank holidays are observed, and employees receive 24 paid leaves annually.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in Mumbai’s Thane/JuiNagar areas.
