Insurance Agent - Personal Lines

Overview

Join a leading Irish insurance brokerage as they expand their Personal Lines team across Ireland. This role offers a competitive salary ranging between 33000 and 33400 (depending on experience), with a 10% bonus, 24 days of annual leave, and a company pension. Initially, the position requires on-site work in Dublin for six months before transitioning to a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), client inquiries, and customer retention efforts.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling of various Personal Lines insurance products.
• Accurately complete all compliance tasks, documentation, and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate communication between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
• Contribute effectively to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses an APA qualification or has passed at least one APA exam from the Insurance Institute of Ireland (III).
• Has experience in Personal Lines insurance or general Irish insurance knowledge.
• Holds Stamp 4 or European Union citizenship, which is mandatory.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Exhibits excellent attention to detail and efficient organizational skills.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
• Familiarity with the Relay system is advantageous.
