Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized insurance quotations covering personal cars, vans, and homes.
• Manage customers’ insurance policies, renewals, and claims efficiently.
• Ensure paperwork and payment processes are completed accurately and promptly.
• Keep abreast of current insurance products and market developments.
• Adhere strictly to legal and regulatory obligations in all dealings.
• Collaborate closely within a supportive team environment and engage in professional development opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate holding a degree or master's in Insurance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-moving setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior exposure to office, customer service, or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
