Hospitality Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Assistant to represent Compass Group Ireland by providing outstanding customer service in Mallow (New Twopot House). This is a full-time position working 39 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, requiring personal transportation to the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality services in meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client areas.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and events, ensuring setup includes food, beverages, tableware, and equipment adhering to service standards.
• Promptly supply and restock food and drinks during meetings.
• Maintain high presentation standards with meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Efficiently clear and sanitize meeting spaces post-use, preparing them for subsequent bookings.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Professional client engagement to handle requests and resolve issues effectively.
• Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company policies.
• Assist with managing inventory, replenishment, and reporting any stock issues.
• Collaborate closely with catering, kitchen, and onsite staff to facilitate smooth service operations.
• Flexibly follow service schedules and adapt to evolving client demands.
