Role overview
Heritage Immigration is a Singapore-based consultancy that helps individuals, families, and business owners with Singapore Permanent Residence applications, citizenship matters, and business incorporation services. The company is hiring a client-oriented Immigration Advisor to support its expanding sales and advisory team.
Compensation
This is a full-time position in Singapore with a basic salary of $2,500 to $3,000 per month, plus commission. Expected monthly earnings are approximately $4,000 to $7,000, combining base pay and commission.
Key responsibilities
- Run client consultations by phone, video call, and in person.
- Assess each client’s goals and determine which immigration options fit their situation.
- Present the company’s services and advice in a clear, professional manner.
- Handle enquiries from the first discussion through successful client onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage sales opportunities effectively.
- Work toward assigned sales and performance targets.
- Keep client and sales information updated accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good people skills.
- Ability to build trust and connect well with clients.
- Solid organisation and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable managing several client enquiries at the same time and working toward results.
- Confident in running consultations and explaining solutions to clients.
- Background in sales, customer service, consultancy, financial services, recruitment, property, or similar areas is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.
