About the Role
Our client, a reputable organisation located in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator for an 18-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements. This role offers a great opportunity for a structured and detail-focused HR professional to gain extensive experience across various HR functions within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts, amendments, offer and probation letters, and salary change notifications.
- Accurately maintain employee records and all HR documentation.
- Assist with the monthly payroll process through data entry, verification, and handling payroll inquiries.
- Update and manage employee data in Workday to ensure it remains precise and current.
- Generate HR reports covering absence, headcount, and mandatory training compliance.
- Address HR queries from employees and managers and manage the HR Workday inbox effectively.
- Support annual HR projects including performance appraisal processes and testing of HR systems.
- Provide general administrative assistance within the HR function and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or equivalent role.
- Skilled in drafting various HR documents and employment contracts.
- Experience in payroll administration/support.
- Strong organisational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable about Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software, preferably Workday.
- Holds a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Possession or progress towards a CIPD qualification is desirable.
