Role overview
This position is for an HR Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Mumbai Suburban and is intended for an immediate walk-in hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Take care of the complete hiring cycle for both technical and non-technical openings.
- Identify and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media channels.
- Review applications and carry out first-round HR interviews.
- Arrange interview slots in coordination with hiring managers.
- Handle compensation discussions and issue offer letters.
- Update and manage candidate records and recruitment tracking sheets.
- Work to close open roles within the expected timelines.
- Develop and maintain a ready pool of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining-related documentation and formalities.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Meet recruitment goals within the assigned deadlines.
Required skills and tools
- Practical experience with sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort with recruitment tracking systems and ATS tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with professional networking and hiring platforms.
