Overview
A prominent construction firm engaged in significant projects in Riyadh is seeking an HR Operations Support Officer to be stationed on site.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in both digital and physical formats.
- Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Draft and prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and various HR documentation.
- Oversee probation periods for new employees and coordinate the confirmation procedures accordingly.
- Keep track of contract expiry dates and handle the processes for renewal or non-renewal.
- Monitor staff attendance and manage the collection of timesheets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Experience in HR operations, administration, or support roles is essential.
- Background or familiarity with construction or civil engineering sectors is preferred.
