Role Overview
As the US operations expand, GoMining seeks a versatile HR Generalist to lead the recruitment process and manage comprehensive HR functions. This role will serve as the key HR partner for US teams, focusing on talent acquisition, employee support, and developing scalable HR systems across data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US roles, mainly in data center and hosting teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and outline recruitment plans.
- Source and interview candidates, oversee the hiring workflow, and coordinate onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for operational and technical positions.
- Act as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers, assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations issues.
- Enhance employee engagement and ensure smooth communication between US teams and global HR.
- Maintain precise HR records and coordinate employment documents in partnership with legal and external agencies.
- Support performance management, compensation reviews, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Ensure adherence to US labor laws and company policies within HR operations.
- Continuously improve hiring and HR procedures to meet the evolving needs of the growing US business.
- Analyze HR data and hiring metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with leadership to support and enable organizational growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
- Proven experience independently managing full recruitment cycles.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee life cycle management.
- Experience advising managers on employee relations and human resources matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing setting.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Fluency in English is essential.
