Role Overview
As a Human Resources Administrator reporting directly to the HR Administrator Team Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting FLINT's HR department. Your focus will be on managing key internal HR processes and handling daily administrative requests with precision and efficiency, ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and route HR-related tickets to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Coordinate annual updates and distribution of HR policies; maintain accurate and current HR records.
- Address employment letter requests, monitor Records of Employment (ROEs) and termination paperwork, and track work permit procedures.
- Administer HR processes within UKG, verify onboarding documentation, and oversee employee status changes such as transfers, roles, and salary adjustments.
- Respond to employee inquiries, oversee HR inbox management, and assist the HR administration team as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (notably UKG), enterprise resource planning systems, and Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify and correct discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle prioritization and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
- Preferably, a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, plus 1-2 years' experience in HR or payroll functions.
