Housekeeping Staff

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and responsible housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at Healing Tree Wellness Clinic, Kolkata. This role involves ensuring all clinic areas—including reception, consultation and therapy rooms, washrooms, and common spaces—are cleaned and organized consistently to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic premises.
• Clean and sanitize floors, furniture, equipment, doors, windows, and other surfaces regularly.
• Ensure therapy and treatment rooms are tidy, organized, and prepared for patient use.
• Manage waste disposal following clinic hygiene protocols.
• Restock housekeeping supplies such as tissues, handwash, sanitizers, and cleaning products timely.
• Keep washrooms clean and hygienic at all times.
• Assist other staff with basic housekeeping and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• Report maintenance problems, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all clinic safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain professional, courteous, and respectful conduct with patients, doctors, and coworkers.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping at clinics, hospitals, hotels, wellness centres, or similar settings is preferred but freshers may also apply.
• Understanding of basic cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Physically capable of performing routine housekeeping duties.
• Exhibit honesty, punctuality, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Good personal hygiene and a tidy appearance.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to follow instructions and maintain clinic standards diligently.

Work Schedule

The position requires availability Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
