This on-site role in Dammam is focused on assessing heavy equipment assets for condition, functionality, and safety. The position also involves checking compliance against safety requirements and company standards, keeping accurate documentation, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams on corrective action, supporting valuation and risk reviews, and helping improve assessment tools and procedures.

Functional Duties

  • Evaluate operator competence across heavy equipment categories such as backhoe, bulldozer, forklift, grader, wheel loader, skid loader, backhoe loader, sideboom, telehandler, and other similar machinery.
  • Contribute to the creation of both written and practical assessment materials within the relevant specialty.
  • Carry out assessments in a timely, precise, and professional manner.
  • Prepare assessment analysis and maintain complete records and documentation.
  • Provide mentoring support when needed.
  • Assist with quality assurance audits.
