Hausdame / Housekeeper

Overview

We prioritize caring for people and life. Join us part-time (25-30 hours per week) at Pro Seniore Residenz Am Kurfürstendamm in Berlin as a Hausdame / Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage household operations including coordination and quality control of general cleaning.
• Act as liaison for service providers for laundry, kitchen, and cleaning services.
• Attend to the well-being and needs of our residents.
• Creatively design and decorate living areas and events; organize regular activities such as staff breakfasts and social coffee gatherings.
• Prepare cards and gifts for birthdays of staff and residents.
• Support residence consulting including assisting and advising prospects, preparing, creating, and finalizing contracts, conducting apartment viewings and guided tours.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed training in hospitality, restaurant service, housekeeping, or interior design.
• Demonstrates independent and structured work habits.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and passion for working with people.
• Attention to detail and appreciation for tasteful ambiance.
