Role overview

For the Pro Seniore Residenz Ellental in Bietigheim-Bissingen, a full-time Housekeeper / House Manager position is available within Victor’s Group. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept living environment while also supporting residents with care and attention.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out light cleaning duties and manage laundry distribution.
• Follow and apply quality as well as hygiene standards in kitchens and resident rooms.
• Take care of residents’ well-being and respond to their concerns.
• Support the creative decoration and styling of living areas and events.
• Create a tasteful, pleasant atmosphere that helps residents feel comfortable.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant enjoys working with and for people, brings empathy, flexibility, and an open attitude, and has a strong eye for detail and aesthetics. Prior training in hotel management, restaurant service, housekeeping, or interior/room design is preferred.
