Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM AI Operations Lead to innovate how our Go-to-Market (GTM) team functions through AI-driven solutions. This position blends AI engineering, product development, and operational strategies to deliver intelligent tools that enhance GTM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications, agents, copilots, and automated workflows to enhance operations within the GTM organization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to identify business challenges and convert them into scalable AI solutions.
- Analyze current GTM team workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and build AI tools that significantly boost productivity.
- Design, create, and implement AI workflows utilizing contemporary AI tools, APIs, large language models, and business software.
- Quickly prototype AI solutions, validate with end users, and iterate improvements based on feedback and business outcomes.
- Integrate AI solutions intelligently across GTM systems to ensure smooth information exchange between platforms and users.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify how to leverage these for GTM improvements.
- Track adoption rates, operational enhancements, and the impact on business to optimize solutions continuously.
- Establish best practices for constructing scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI systems throughout the company.
- Keep abreast of AI advancements and consistently introduce new features to improve team operations.
Requirements
- Experience with building AI applications, workflows, agents, or internal tools that address real business needs rather than solely using AI.
- A strong engineering outlook favoring system design, API usage, integrations, and architectures that scale.
- Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including models, frameworks, and development tools, with enthusiasm to apply these to practical business problems.
- A proactive builder attitude, thriving on rapid transition from concept to prototype to production amidst ambiguity.
- Comprehensive understanding of GTM functions like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to devise solutions fitting natural workflows.
- A product-focused mindset emphasizing user problem-solving, feedback assimilation, and iterative enhancement.
- Systems thinking ability to create integrative solutions that connect diverse business platforms.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills to translate operational challenges into scalable AI applications.
- A self-motivated approach thriving in dynamic environments, taking ownership, and delivering production-ready AI solutions promptly.
