Job Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the hotel during nighttime hours, providing a warm and personalized experience for guests.
• Support smooth hotel operations overnight, including assisting with preparations for the following day.
• Conduct night audits and safety inspections to ensure the security and comfort of all occupants.
• Accurately manage guest billing and timely posting of charges.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly, routing messages appropriately.
• Promote hotel services and amenities effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by management and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience with OPERA Cloud property management system is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.
