About the role
HAGIUS is looking to add a new Front of House team member in Berlin. The studio brings together a young, varied group of professionals who are focused on helping clients reach their fitness and health objectives. In this role, the reception area is more than a greeting point; it helps shape the atmosphere that supports performance, consistency, and a positive client journey.
The ideal person is lively, attentive to detail, and genuinely interested in hospitality. HAGIUS values initiative, active engagement, practical problem-solving, fresh ideas, and a workplace culture built on respect, consideration, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients arriving at HAGIUS.
- Welcome visitors, complete check-ins, and help them settle in comfortably.
- Support clients with questions or concerns and work to turn issues into positive interactions.
- Keep the studio neat, orderly, and clean throughout the day.
- Carry out routine administrative and reception-related tasks.
- Introduce new clients to the HAGIUS experience in a warm and engaging way.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, such as hotels, premium retail, or upscale fitness/wellness settings.
- Strong customer service abilities with a clear focus on making every client feel welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both clients and teammates.
- Comfort working in a busy environment where multitasking and time management matter.
- Experience in reception or front-of-house work in wellness, fitness, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Solid organizational habits and careful attention to detail for record-keeping and studio operations.
