About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Financial Administrator to become part of our team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is crucial for the accurate, timely, and efficient handling of a comprehensive variety of financial activities throughout our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing sales contracts and handling commission payments.
  • Preparing commission statements and dispatching them to solicitors and legal representatives.
  • Managing creditor invoices along with monthly payment cycles.
  • Dealing with marketing invoice processing and cost reconciliation.
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations using Xero software.
  • Crediting and reconciling trust accounts.
  • Preparing vendor communications related to unconditional sales transactions.
  • Compiling and submitting monthly franchise returns.
  • Executing payroll processing for both administration personnel and the sales team.
  • Carrying out daily banking duties and associated financial administrative tasks.
  • Assisting the CFO with finance-related projects and reporting requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience in finance, accounting, or payroll roles.
  • Background in Real Estate or commission-driven industries is preferred.
