Job Overview
Join our Pressure Pumping team as a Field Specialist to work with state-of-the-art energy technology products focused on oilfield equipment and digital integration. Be part of a team dedicated to high-quality standards in manufacturing and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise coiled tubing units, including injector heads, reels, and control systems.
- Lead rig-up, pressure testing, execution of jobs, and rig-down procedures on site.
- Track and analyze real-time parameters such as tubing depth, weight, pump rates, and well pressure.
- Conduct pre-job equipment inspections, functional testing, and basic troubleshooting to ensure readiness.
- Perform risk assessments and uphold strict compliance with Baker Hughes and client HSE standards.
- Document operational data thoroughly and prepare detailed reports for clients.
- Work collaboratively with customers, rig crews, and other service providers to ensure seamless field operations.
- Guide and mentor operators and less experienced personnel, emphasizing operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- At minimum, possess a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is advantageous.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in coiled tubing field operations as a specialist or engineer.
- Have 7 or more years of background in oilfield services, specifically involving nitrogen pumping.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, pressure control devices (BOPs, strippers, lubricators), nitrogen pumping, and well intervention procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of HSE protocols and risk management practices.
Working Conditions & Schedule
- Position is shift-based with a rotation of six weeks on duty followed by four weeks off.
- This role requires presence at the Dhahran, Eastern region location in Saudi Arabia.
