Logistics and Property Accountability Analyst

Position Overview

Join as a Logistics and Property Accountability Analyst to provide strategic, operational, and tactical expertise in logistics and asset management, supporting real-world missions across Europe and Africa. You'll be accountable for daily logistics operations, property reconciliation, and government-furnished equipment management.

Key Duties

• Manage daily logistics and property operations, including inventory reconciliation and tracking.
• Support clients in balancing resources, goals, and requirements effectively.
• Perform administrative tasks related to asset visibility, such as tracking inventory and updating records using Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Decision Support Tool (DST).
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements in property administration.
• Facilitate meetings or conference calls to support mission goals.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex logistical challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum three years’ experience in government property management and accountability.
• Proficient with Decision Support Tool (DST), managing Installation Property Books and Inventory Lists, DD1149 and DD1428 disposal processing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint databases.
• Understanding of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations relevant to government installation property.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with diverse property stakeholders.
• Possession of a Secret security clearance and a Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• At least two years’ experience managing property or projects outside the continental US (OCONUS).
• Experience overseeing contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors with emphasis on quality control and safety.
• Familiarity with New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET) processes.
• Understanding of Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and completion of Property Administrator training.
• Ability to aggregate, prioritize, and reconcile competing strategic requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• TS/SCI clearance is a plus.

Security and Compliance

Applicants must undergo a thorough security investigation and meet eligibility criteria for classified information access, requiring at least a Secret clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $61,900 to $141,000 annually (USD), subject to factors including location, education, skills, experience, contract requirements, and organizational needs.
