Role overview

This position is focused on field sales and onboarding booking offices into BlackBuck’s freight brokerage network. The role revolves around building new business relationships, converting prospects, and making sure newly onboarded booking offices are smoothly activated with the right internal coordination.

Core responsibilities

  • Approach booking offices and persuade them to partner with BlackBuck Freight Brokerage.
  • Drive indent generation from newly KYC-completed booking offices so vehicles can be placed.
  • Coordinate with the Traffic team to support the first truck placement for newly onboarded booking offices.
  • Transfer newly onboarded booking offices to the Traffic team for continued business handling.
  • Work closely with the Demand team to receive booking office leads and share broker leads in return.
