Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Field Specialist to lead field activities, uphold high technical standards, and guarantee client satisfaction in the pest control domain. This position demands thorough expertise in pests and chemicals, providing audits, complaint resolution, and training for field staff. The role involves considerable local travel to interact directly with customers and field operators.

Primary Duties

• Ensure adherence to company and industry technical standards across all field tasks.
• Perform routine field audits focusing on safety, chemical regulation compliance, and service excellence.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive training and updates to laborers and pest control operators regarding technical methods and chemical handling.
• Educate clients about pest prevention and management through practical field knowledge.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.), Diploma, or any graduate qualification.
• Profound knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and pesticide applications.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively instruct staff and liaise with clients.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler to facilitate extensive travel.
• Attributes including strong problem-solving abilities, leadership capability, and a customer-oriented approach.
