Job Overview
Join CBRE Asia Pacific as a Facilities Administrator, providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Facilities Management team supporting a significant commercial property portfolio in Wellington, New Zealand. This role centers on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the site, while maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, service providers, and building occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support and cultivate positive relationships with building occupants and stakeholders.
- Manage coordination of service providers and oversee daily site operations, including handling vendor relations, processing work orders, and resolving issues.
- Assist the Facilities Management team with administrative duties, documentation upkeep, and maintaining system data.
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance by contributing to site inspections and monitoring basic requirements.
- Participate in ad hoc operational projects and assist with the use of internal digital systems and tools.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, confidently managing concerns professionally.
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and capable of meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly strong Excel skills.
