Executive Vice President, Global Operations

Position Overview

The Executive Vice President of Global Operations holds a key executive role responsible for developing and executing worldwide operations strategies. This leadership position oversees critical functions such as business operations across regions, supply chain, manufacturing, project management, operational technologies, quality control, and continuous improvements. The EVP aims to unify global operations management systems to optimize resources internationally while boosting operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, thus driving sustainable growth for the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive global operations strategies aligned with the company's overarching goals.
• Implement management systems, governance structures, and standardized processes on a worldwide scale.
• Enhance operational models to improve organizational efficiency across multiple regions.
• Manage global business activities including regional operations, manufacturing, projects, and service divisions.
• Ensure coordinated cooperation between regional units to improve operational outcomes and control costs.
• Oversee global supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and delivery, ensuring service quality and supply reliability.
• Lead initiatives in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to raise productivity and quality.
• Manage large-scale international projects and resource distribution, optimizing personnel, capital, and equipment usage.
• Establish risk management, compliance frameworks, quality assurance, and environmental health and safety systems globally.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing ERP, MES, SCM, CRM systems and leveraging AI, Big Data, IoT, and RPA technologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with corporate strategy and foster partnerships and cross-functional teamwork.
• Develop and nurture global teams and leadership pipelines, promoting a culture of innovation and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Advanced degrees such as an MBA, EMBA, or equivalent Master's preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or project management, including over 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience managing global operations within multinational companies and leading diverse international teams is highly desirable.
